What we collect, and what we do with it.

What we collect
Your email address, when you sign up for The Digital Tycoon. The page you signed up from and any campaign tags in the link (like utm_source). A one-way hash of your IP address, used only to stop spam and duplicate votes; we never store the address itself.
If you rate an issue, we store the score, any note you choose to write, and a random ID in a cookie so a second tap changes your score instead of adding another one.
What we do with it
We use your email to send you the paper and, now and then, news about TycoonStudio products. We use scores and notes to make the paper better. Notes are never published. Scores only appear as an average per issue in the vault.
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that run the paper: our database host (Supabase), our email sender (Resend) and our web host (Vercel).
Cookies and pixels
We set one cookie when you rate an issue (described above). The site also loads the Meta pixel to measure visits from our social posts.
Your choices
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. To have your email and scores deleted, write to mrty@tycoonstudio.com and we'll remove them.
TycoonStudio is run by iFocus Labs, LLC.
